The lightweight body is easy to handle, allowing cooking with little to no fat, and is a breeze to clean. Boosted with a full disk bottom, this pan is designed for energy-efficient cooking, suitable for any cooktop such as induction, electric, gas, glass top, and vitro-ceramic. Excluding the silicone protector sleeves, all pots and pans of the Leo Phantom collection are suitable for oven use up to 400°F.
