Product Description

If perfection is what you are looking for, here it is!!

We are presenting a 2014 PANDA FIRST STRIKE PROOF MINT STATE 70 ONE OUNCE COIN! This coin is highly sought after as it is a perfect MS 70. This coin also carries a .999 fine silver content (3 9’s fine). It doesn’t get any higher than this in coinage production!

The top of the back of the coin and the very top of the coin are already showing some excellent signs of toning. The coin displays nice purple tones.

This is a stunning coin. It displays a Super Deep cameo in the frosted fields. The coin is graded by PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) in Mint State 70. This grade is the highest you can get. This coin is Perfect!

The coin is well struck with all the details being sharp and clean. You can see a Panda sitting in the foreground with a bamboo forest in the background. The bamboo plant is the primary source of food for the Panda.

This coin is graded MS 70 by PCGS, one of the top grading companies in the world. Frosting in the devices is often achieved by sandblasting the die and then polishing only the fields to a brilliant finish (which are also referred to as mirrored fields).

As you can see, the fields around the Pandas front and back legs as well as the ground have a very deep mirrored finish. The rest of the Panda and the bamboo show a deep frosted finish. If you look at the reverse, you can see the same mirrored and frosted effect as well.

You can actually see yourself if you look directly at the coin. Just the way a coin like this should look. View the pictures yourself and see how beautiful this coin is. The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. The MS 70 is the highest graded coin you can get.

PCGS uses a numeric grade to succinctly describe a problem-free coin's condition. This coin is perfect, which is why it carries a numeric grade of 70.

The Sheldon Grading Scale is what all grading services use to grade currency or coins. It was first used in the United States in the late 1940’s and is still being used today. The highest grade awarded in the Sheldon Grading Scale is 70.
