Will these t shirts shrink after washing?

No, but we recommend hang drying for longer use.

Are these t shirts soft or sturdy to the touch cotton material?

The organic cotton shirts are soft but not as soft to the touch as our sueded T-shirts.

If I dry these in the dryer on the lowest heat setting, will they shrink?

They may shrink slightly we do however recommend hang dry for longer use and after wearing the creases should come out so that there shouldn't be a need to iron.

What does semi fitted mean? Does the fabric stretch/have some elastic properties?

Semi fitted means not too boxy but not too slim. They do not have elastic properties but are true to size.
